The program crashes while running, what can I do?

1. If the program crashes while running, please make sure you are running the latest version of the program and try again.

2. If it still crashes after update, you can uninstall and reinstall our products.

3. If none of the above helps, please let us know the situation when/where the program gets crashed, send the crash report or Bug Report to Support Team.
