5. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification with us. Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, the DMCA provides that the removed material may be restored after 10 to 14 business days, unless the complaining copyright owner files a court order against you.

Your Counter-Notification must be a written communication to our Designated Agent that includes:
